I am very excited for Catholic Schools Week! We have a number of fun events taking place.
I hope to see everyone at our First Annual Cath-olic Schools Week Mass on Sunday, the 28th at 8:30 AM. I cannot wait to celebrate mass as a school community! This year OMSI is traveling from Portland for a hands-on Science Live As-sembly for our students!

SUNDAY, JANUARY 28, 2018 Come celebrate the start of Catholic Schools Week by joining Sacred Heart School at our FIRST EVER ALL SCHOOL SUNDAY MASS on January 28 at 8:30 AM. Wow! It’s almost Christmas! The students are very excited about the upcoming Christmas break and Christmas day. We love hearing what their Christmas wishes! The greatest thing to hear is when they follow up those wishes with a conversation about the true meaning of Christ-mas.

For the first time in recent history, Sacred Heart School has a tree entered into the Providence Festival of Trees. Our tree is called the “Blessings Tree”. It is decked in purple and gold and has prayer scrolls that were made by the students hanging from it.

It is finally Accreditation week! This week SHCS is demonstrating to our Accredi-tation team all the amazing things that take place at our school. I would like to thank everyone who volunteered to provide meals and snacks for our team and all those who gave their time representing our school this week.

Thank you for attending the Second Annual Fall Harvest Festival. It was a spooktacular evening! Mrs. Williams and her team did a remarkable job and we are so thankful. Mrs. Gibson, thank you for teaching our Knights the Monster Mash dance. It was a lot of fun!

What a wonderful program we had last night in the gym. Our students never fail to amaze me. Thank you to everyone who stayed for the pizza dinner and supported the eighth grade Washington DC trip. It was greatly appreciated.
