Development
 

Development is the meaningful involvement of students, staff members, parents, alumni, and parishioners in the mission and vision of our school. The fruits of the development efforts ensure good stewardship for the fiscal health of Sacred Heart and these hard earned dollars offset tuition for all who attend SHCS. The following pages outline our development opportunities. Your involvement with these activities ensures a fiscally strong school with resources to effectively carry out the school’s philosophy, mission, and student learning expectations.   

 
 

  1. · Alumni

Alumni are encouraged to be involved at Sacred Heart Catholic School as often as they wish.  Suggestions are always welcome from former students and parents as we strive to hold on to the traditions of the past while planning for the future.  Volunteer opportunities abound at the school, as teacher helpers, coaches of the various athletic programs, participants in fund raising events, and stewards of overall school maintenance.

Drive the Mission

Our school is blessed to have a large population of students and their families who live in the different townships of our valley.  Because of that fact, we reach out to the surrounding Catholic Parishes in our community.  Our goal is 100% participation no matter how great or small the contribution.  We hope this type of "forward funding" is a foundation to help us continue our tradition of "faith-based academic excellence" for many years to come.
