Shoe Boxes

A service project provided to St. Vincent de Paul is our Shoe Box project. Students and parents fill a shoe box with 5 or more items listed below. The shoe boxes need to have a detachable lid and may be filled with new crayons, Play Doh, flash cards, stickers, small toys, books, magazines, coloring books, a flashlight, Legos, hair clips, card games, magnets, sport balls, refillable water bottle, hats/gloves/scarves, wallet, journals, magic tricks, puzzles, calculator, travel games, t-shirt, disposable camera, jewelry, key rings, small alarm clock, Hot Wheels car, gum, models, dolls, yo-yo, Barbie, nail polish, fast food gift certificates, movie and other gift cards, etc.

1. Everything should be NEW

2. Do not wrap the items individually

3. Please wrap the box so that the to can be lifted off for inspection purposes

4. Take the gift-wrapped box to Sacred Heart School or the Parish Hall

5. Remember, we need shoeboxes for boys and teens too!
