Currently the average ratio of students to teachers is 1:15.  The smaller class size enables a higher degree of engagement and participation from the students because they receive more individualized instruction.  Communication between the student and teacher is enhanced as students are more involved in their learning and take a more active role in their education.  Greater opportunities for teachers to meet the needs of all students creates a productive classroom learning environment and sense of community.
