Faith Based Education

“This is a great school with a fantastic staff. I would highly recommend.”

The students of Sacred Heart Catholic School are always learning more about the Catholic faith from preschool through eighth grade.  Certified Catechists teach religion classes on a daily basis and Sacred Heart Parish priests visit the classrooms on a weekly basis to teach and share their faith. Throughout the day, students learn and pray a variety of prayers and can visit their prayer corners that are located in their classrooms for some individual quiet time.  The Sacraments of Reconciliation are offered biyearly and students attend and participate in weekly Masses as readers, altar servers, bringing up the offertory gifts and/or ushering. Sacred Heart Catholic School offers a variety of school-wide faith based activities, such as a biyearly Living Rosary, the Reenactment of the Last Supper, and Stations of the Cross.
